1. Copyright: Valencia Driver & Guide Service is the legal owner or licensee for all content on this website.

2. Confirmation: Customers are responsible for verifying that their selection of booking date and time, activity name, applicant name, email, and phone number are correct before making payment. Payment processing and order summary/registration number/delivery schedule will be confirmed immediately.

3. Cancellation and Refund: According to company terms and conditions, if you need to cancel, you must notify us 1 day in advance.

4. Financial Evidence: I confirm that the payment evidence (transfer slip) is a genuine and authentic document, not forged, modified, altered, or edited in any way. If found to be fraudulent later, I accept full legal responsibility.

Special Conditions
For marine trips, the following are not permitted: wheelchair users, pregnant women, and children under 3 years old.
